Welcome to Artistic Emages Photography. We are committed to providing you with high-quality photography services tailored to meet your needs. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Artistic Emages Photography offers various photography services, including but not limited to headshots and branding photography. The specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in your service agreement.

2. Booking and Cancellation

A. Booking Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted service price is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

B. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Clients may reschedule once without penalty, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

3. Payment

A. Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely online via major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our secure payment processing system ensures that your card information is handled with the highest standard of security and confidentiality.

B. Full Payment: Full payment is required before the commencement of the photography session. This ensures that both parties are clear on the terms of service and can proceed with the session without any interruptions or concerns regarding payment.

C. Late Payments: Failure to make payment on time may result in the rescheduling of your session and could lead to a delay in the delivery of your images. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so please communicate with us promptly if you anticipate any issues with your payment.

4. Delivery of Images

A. Delivery Timeline:

• 1-2 Weeks: For straightforward headshot sessions with minimal complex editing required, we aim to deliver the final edited images within 1 to 2 weeks. This timeframe is often expected for professionals who may need their images promptly for business or personal branding purposes.
• 2-4 Weeks: A more common timeframe for a wider range of photography services, including more detailed editing work or larger sets of images, is 2 to 4 weeks. This allows us adequate time to carefully edit and perfect each image, ensuring high-quality results.

B. Image Count: The number of images delivered will depend on the package selected. Each package is designed to meet various needs and preferences, providing a selection of professionally edited digital images that best reflect your session.

C. Rush Delivery: Available for an additional fee, should you require your images sooner than the standard delivery timeline.

5. Use of Images

A. Promotional Use: Artistic Emages Photography reserves the right to use any images for promotional purposes, unless specifically requested otherwise by the client in writing.

B. Client Use: Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal and professional purposes. Commercial use or resale of images is prohibited without written permission.

6. Copyright and Ownership

The copyright of all images taken by Artistic Emages Photography remains with the photographer. Clients are granted a license to use the images as agreed upon in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artistic Emages Photography is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Privacy Policy
