Welcome to Artistic Emages Photography. We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and stunning headshots. Understanding our cancellation policy is an important step in ensuring a smooth and successful photography session.

Policy Overview:
At Artistic Emages, we understand the importance of flexibility while maintaining a professional commitment to all our clients. This cancellation policy applies to all headshot and branding photography sessions.

Deposit:
A deposit of 75% of the total session cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your session date and time and is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:

Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. To cancel, please contact us at info@artisticemages.com.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we require 48 hours’ notice. Your first rescheduling request will be accommodated without additional charges, provided it’s made outside the 48-hour window. Subsequent rescheduling may be subject to a $100 fee. To reschedule, please contact us at info@artisticemages.com.

No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. A full session fee may be required to book future sessions.

Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may limit the time available for your session. We strive to accommodate, but cannot extend session times due to subsequent bookings.

Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that extraordinary situations can arise. If you’re unable to meet the cancellation or rescheduling requirements due to exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
